2 year warranty on Crizal Coatings
2 year warranty on Hoya Premium Coatings
One time replacement for scratching
Scratches you can feel with your finger nail are not covered under warranty
One time replacement for crazing
Crazing is a breaking down of the coating on your lenses; customers complain of waves in their lenses or that they are hard to clean
Warranty is available for glass lenses at an additional purchase price, please call our Dispensers for more information
There is NO warranty on any stock lenses
There is a 90-day patient non-adapt policy on certain lenses, please call our Dispensers for more information
NO refund on lenses once they are cut into the frame
Frame Warranty
2 year manufacturer defect warranty on frames
This covers broken hinges, solder release, broken nose pads, springe hinge temples, cracks in the frame or temples, paint chipping, jewels missing; warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer
Warranty is VOID if you glue the frame, chew the frame, step, sit, or run them over, damage caused by pets,
Most manufacturers only offer one time replacements
